提出了利用数字信号处理器TMS320F2812内置ADC进行频率测量的设计方案,并进行了具体设计;该系统充分利用了该型芯片的ADC模块的特点,通过高频的ADC采样模拟出计数器工作.实现了频率和占空比的测量,并且可工作于多通道模式下;结果表明:这种频率测量系统具有成本低、高速、等精度等特点,应用前景广阔.

This paper introduces the design of using Analog-to-Digital Converter built-in Digital Signal Processor TMS320F2812 as Frequency Measurement.The system makes full use of the Analog-to-Digital Converter built-in this chip.The high Frequency ADC sampling is used as Timers to measure the frequency and ratio.It can also work in environment of Multi channel input.The result shows that this frequency measure system has the characteristics of the low cost,high speed,the equal precision and etc.It can be used widely in future.
