目的 探讨初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者空腹血清抵抗素水平与肥胖和胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系.方法 选取48例肥胖的初诊T2DM患者、48例非肥胖的初诊T2DM患者和52名正常对照者(NC组).测定受试者空腹血清抵抗素、血糖、血脂及胰岛素水平,测量身高、体重、血压,计算BMI、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR).结果 (1)与NC组相比,T2DM患者血清抵抗素水平明显升高(P<0.01);与非肥胖的T2DM患者相比,肥胖的T2DM患者血清抵抗素水平明显升高(P<0.01).(2)血清抵抗素水平与HOMA-IR、BMI、TG密切相关(P<0.01).结论 T2DM患者血清抵抗素水平升高,且与肥胖及IR程度相关,因而抵抗素可能在T2DM的发生发展中起重要作用.

목적 탐토초진2형당뇨병(T2DM)환자공복혈청저항소수평여비반화이도소저항(IR)적관계.방법 선취48례비반적초진T2DM환자、48례비비반적초진T2DM환자화52명정상대조자(NC조).측정수시자공복혈청저항소、혈당、혈지급이도소수평,측량신고、체중、혈압,계산BMI、이도소저항지수(HOMA-IR).결과 (1)여NC조상비,T2DM환자혈청저항소수평명현승고(P<0.01);여비비반적T2DM환자상비,비반적T2DM환자혈청저항소수평명현승고(P<0.01).(2)혈청저항소수평여HOMA-IR、BMI、TG밀절상관(P<0.01).결론 T2DM환자혈청저항소수평승고,차여비반급IR정도상관,인이저항소가능재T2DM적발생발전중기중요작용.
Objective To explore the relationship of fasting serum resistin with obesity and insulin resistance in patients with obesity and newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods The obese patients with T2DM (n=48), non-obese patients with type 2 diabetes (n=48) and healthy controls (n=50) were enrolled. Fasting serum levels of resistin, glucose, lipids and insulin were measured. Their body height, body weight and blood pressure were measured and BMI and HOMA-IR were calculated. Results (1)Compared with control and patients with non-obese type 2 diabetes, the level of serum resistin in obese patients with type 2 diabetic was much higher (P<0.01). (2)The level of serum resistin was correlated with HOMA-IR, BMI and triglyceride (P<0.01). Conclusion The serum resistin level in patient with type 2 diabetic is elevated and correlated with obesity and insulin resistance. Resistin may play a pivotal role in the development of type 2 diabetes.
