Maple%kraft pulp%oxygen delignification
通过对枫香树材硫酸盐浆氧脱木素用碱量、氧压、温度和时间四因素三水平方差分析工艺技术研究,在用碱量2%~4%、氧压0.3~0.7MPa、温度90~120℃和时间60~120min内,得到枫香树材硫酸盐浆氧脱木素较为适宜的工艺条件:用碱量3%,氧压0.7MPa,温度105℃,时间60min。其氧脱木素结果为:得率89.8%,卡伯值7.6,黏度559.2mL/g,白度48.2%ISO。
通過對楓香樹材硫痠鹽漿氧脫木素用堿量、氧壓、溫度和時間四因素三水平方差分析工藝技術研究,在用堿量2%~4%、氧壓0.3~0.7MPa、溫度90~120℃和時間60~120min內,得到楓香樹材硫痠鹽漿氧脫木素較為適宜的工藝條件:用堿量3%,氧壓0.7MPa,溫度105℃,時間60min。其氧脫木素結果為:得率89.8%,卡伯值7.6,黏度559.2mL/g,白度48.2%ISO。

An L9(3^4) orthogonal test was designed to study the effects of alkali charge, oxygen pressure, the maximum cooking temperature and holding time at the maximum temperature on the oxygen delignification of Maple kraft pulp. The optimal oxygen delignification conditions were determined as follows: alkali charge 3%, oxygen pressure 0.7 MPa, the maximum temperature 105 ℃ and holding time at maximum temperature 60 min. At these optimal conditions, the oxygen delignified pulp was obtained with the yield 89.8%, Kappa number 7.6, viscosity 559.2 mL/g and brightness 48.2%ISO.
