目的探讨甲状腺次全切除术治疗318例结节性甲状腺肿患者的临床疗效.方法回顾性分析2003年11月至2009年3月琼中县人民医院收治的318例结节性甲状腺肿患者的临床资料,采用甲状腺次全切除的手术方式治疗,术后随访2年观察疗效.结果一侧次全切除59例,一侧次全切除加峡部切除21例,双侧次全切除238例.术后痊愈出院,均未发生切口感染、出血,未出现喉返神经受损及喉头水肿等并发症,随访2年未发现复发患者.结论采取甲状腺次全切除术的手术方法治疗结节性甲状腺肿的治愈率高、安全、复发率低.

Objective To investigate the effect of subtotal resection of thyroid on nodular goiter.Methods The clinical and follow-up data of 318 patients with nodular goiter underwent subtotal resection of thyroid from Sep.2003 to Mar.2009 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,postoperative foblowed-up for 2 years and the effect was observed.Results Fifty-nine cases of lateral subtotal resection,21 cases of lateral subtotal resection and isthmus resection.238 cases of bilateral subtotal resection.All patients were recovered and discharged from hospital.No complications occured,such as infection or bleeding of incision,impairment of recurrent laryngeal nerve,laryngeal edema,et al.No recurrent case was found in 2-year follow-up.Condusions Subtotal resection of thvroid in treating nodular goiter is safe,and has high cure rate and low recurrence rale.
