选用聚苯硫醚(PPS)作为聚芳醚腈(PEN)的增塑剂,通过熔融共混的方法制备了PEN/PPS合金,并研究了PPS对PEN的增塑、增韧作用及性能的影响.结果表明,PPS对PEN具有很好的增塑和增韧效果,当PPS质量分数为15%时,大幅提高了PEN的加工流动性和韧性;PEN/PPS合金的其它力学性能和耐热性能与PEN相当.

Polyarylene ether nitriles (PEN)/ polyphenyl thioether (PPS) blend was prepared via melt mixing and the effect of PPS on the PEN plastic, toughening properties were studied. The results showed a considerable improvement of processability by blending PPS, especially PPS amounts up to 15%. Meanwhile, PPS greatly enhanced the toughness and processability of PEN. PEN/PPS blends mechanical properties and heat resistance had little change compared to PEN.
