目的通过调查分析北京市社区护士模拟家庭情景技能考试的成绩,探讨考试中存在的问题并提出对策.方法收集参加2008年北京市社区护士岗位技能考试的1 010名考生的模拟家庭情景技能考试评分表,其中静脉输液321份,伤口换药335份,男/女导尿354份,对其考试成绩及扣分情况进行分析.结果三项模拟家庭情景技能考试的成绩为14～99分,平均(70.7±17.8)分.静脉输液、伤口换药、男/女导尿三项操作成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);城区考生与郊区考生的成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).无菌观念、提问、健康指导等操作环节的扣分较多.结论模拟家庭情景技能考试是全面评价社区护士综合能力的一种有效方法,建议加强规范化培训、进一步完善评分标准.

Objective Through the post-reform Beijing community nurses job-related skill investigation and analysis of test scores to explore the problems in the skills test. Methods The 2008 simulated family scenario test scores were analyzed statistically. Results The three simulated family situations statistical difference between the operating result (P<0.01), urban and suburban families scenarios simulated operation of candidates by the test results found that results of the candidates was significantly higher than urban outskirts of the candidates (P<0.01). Conclusion The simulated family scenarios operation test is a comprehensive evaluation of comprehensive ability of community nurses is an effective method of Examination and evaluation criteria to be further improved.
