运用因子贡献度、指标偏离度和单项障碍度的方法以及农业生态安全评价指标体系对河北省四大农业生态区生态安全指标的障碍度进行了计算,并探寻了不同农业生态区生态安全的障碍性因子.结果表明,影响河北省农业生态安全的障碍性因子有:农药使用强度、单位农业产值物耗、化肥使用强度、人均水资源量、贫困人口比例、单位农业产值能耗和农作物单产水耗等.针对河北省农业生态的主要问题:农业面源污染加剧、水资源短缺、水环境质量下降以及"环京津贫困带"等,应采取以下对策:大力实施农业节能降耗;开发生态家园富民工程,发展循环农业;推行节水和旱作农业,完善水制度和水管理;逐步实施跨区域生态补偿.

Using index of factor contribution degree, index deviation degree and monomial obstacle degree etc, and based on the index system of agricultural ecological security, this paper calculates the obstacle degree of factors of agricultural ecological security of four agricultural ecological regions in Hebei Province,moreover, the obstacle degree order of factors is set up. The result shows that some obstacle factors of influencing agricultural ecological security include the intensity of pesticide using, intensity of fertilizing, material consumption per agro-product, energy consumption per agro-product, average consumption of water resource per capita, the percentage of the poverty-stricken population. In order to resolve the agricultural ecological issues such as intensive non-point pollution of agriculture, shortage of water resource and the deterioration of water environment and the issues of Poverty Belt around Jing-Jin Cities, some countermeasures should be put forward energetically to carry out energy-saving and material-reducing, to actualize Wealthy Project of Environment Homestead, to develop the circulating agriculture, to compel water-reducing and drought cultivating agriculture, to implement water institution and management and gradually to carry out ecological compensation across region.
