借助有限元分析软件DEFORM~(TM)3D模拟管材滚压剪切过程,研究发现进给速度和最大压下力是影响刀片受力的重要工艺参数.通过对不同工艺参数下刀片的受力情况进行分析,揭示滚切过程中刀片破坏的机理,得到刀片上应力的分布规律和变化规律.刀片上应力的最大值发生在刀片与管材相接触的刃口部位,应力过大是刀片损伤的原因之一,且应力的最大值随进给速度和最大压下力的增加而增加,当刀片切入的深度较小时应力值较大,易导致刀片破坏.通过比较得到切断Φ76 mm×3.5 mm的钢管较为合理的工艺参数.

The finite element method analysis code DEFORM~(TM) 3D was used to simulate the tube roll-cutting process.It was found that the most important processing parameters that affected the force of blade were radial feed speed and certain max roll-cutting force.The mechanical states of blade were analyzed with different processing parameters.This work reveals the damage mechanism of blade and got the stress distribution and variational law.Results indicate that the maximum stress on the blade occurs at the cutting edge where the blade contacts with the tube.The overlarge stress is one of reasons of the blade damage.The maximum effective stress is increased with the increase of the radial feed speed and the certain maximum roll-cutting force.The blade has higher stress when the cutting depth is smaller.It induces the blade broken potentially.Through comparison of values, the reasonable parameters are obtained for cutting (¢)76 mm×3.5 mm tube.
