分别采用肠球菌选择性培养基(EC)从健康婴儿的粪便、健康仔猪的肠道及粪便中分离筛选了4株屎肠球菌,分别命名为EfB、Ef1-2、Ef3-4、Ef4-1,利用Biolog自动微生物分析系统鉴定结果表明,它们都是屎肠球菌,而且经16s rRNA基因序列测序比较分析,表明这4株菌与数据库中已发表的屎肠球菌16s rRNA序列(AccessionNo.AY675247)同源性均为99%,两者鉴定结果一致.试验表明,所筛得菌株生长速度较快,且对致病型大肠杆菌K88,K99,金黄色葡萄球菌,巴氏杆菌及沙门氏菌都有较强的抑制作用,其中对大肠杆菌K99的抑菌效果最好.屎肠球菌新菌种的鉴定与筛选为开发新型微生态类饲料添加剂提供了帮助.
分彆採用腸毬菌選擇性培養基(EC)從健康嬰兒的糞便、健康仔豬的腸道及糞便中分離篩選瞭4株屎腸毬菌,分彆命名為EfB、Ef1-2、Ef3-4、Ef4-1,利用Biolog自動微生物分析繫統鑒定結果錶明,它們都是屎腸毬菌,而且經16s rRNA基因序列測序比較分析,錶明這4株菌與數據庫中已髮錶的屎腸毬菌16s rRNA序列(AccessionNo.AY675247)同源性均為99%,兩者鑒定結果一緻.試驗錶明,所篩得菌株生長速度較快,且對緻病型大腸桿菌K88,K99,金黃色葡萄毬菌,巴氏桿菌及沙門氏菌都有較彊的抑製作用,其中對大腸桿菌K99的抑菌效果最好.屎腸毬菌新菌種的鑒定與篩選為開髮新型微生態類飼料添加劑提供瞭幫助.

Four new strains of Enterococcus faecium were screened from healthy infant feces,piglet intestine and feces in EC medium,which were named as EfB,Ef1-2,Ef3-4 and Ef4-1.They were all identified as Enterococcus faecium by Biolog automatic microbe analysis system.16S rRNA identification comparing with GenBank indicated thatthere was 99%homology with Enterococcus faecium strain SF(Accession No.AY675247).Results:All the four new strains have faster growth rate and can significantly inhibit growth of Eseherichia coli K88,Escherichia coli K99,Staphylococcus Aureus,Pasteurellosis Bacillus and Salmonella,especially Escherichia coli K99.The identification results with two ways are consistent.The screening,identification and development of new Enterococcus faecium would be ben-eficial for the development of micro-ecological agents for feed use.
