泰州大桥为国内外首座千米级三塔两跨悬索桥,中塔首次采用全钢结构,工程实践经验少,猫道系统作为悬索桥上部结构安装工程最为重要的临时施工设施,其设计和施工尤为重要.在分析三塔两跨悬索桥猫道设计与施工中存在的关键问题的基础上,泰州大桥猫道设计选择了不设抗风缆的四跨连续构造.叙述猫道结构的总体设计以及猫道承重索及扶手索、锚固系统、猫道面层、横向通道等细部设计,并分别描述了猫道牵引系统施工、承重索施工、面层系统施工等猫道施工工序,为今后三塔连跨悬索桥猫道设计与施工提供有力的参考依据.

Taizhou Bridge is the first kilometer level three-pylon two-span suspension bridge. The middle tower is manufactured by steel with little practical engineering experience. The design and construction of cat walk system is critical to the installation of the superstructures. The design of cat walk system of Taizhou Bridge chosen the continuous four-span structure without anti-wind cables based on the analysis of critical problems of the three-pylon two-span suspension bridge. This paper describes details and construction sequences of the overall design of the eat walk system and the supporting cables, ann rest cable, anchorage system, surface cover, and cross passa-ges, which can be used as references in the similar engineering projects in the near future.
