利用热回流法和超声波法提取细果角茴香中的总黄酮,结合NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH体系分光光度法测定细果角茴香中的总黄酮含量,并对细果角茴香中总黄酮的提取方法进行优化。结果表明:利用超声波法提取细果角茴香中的总黄酮效果较好;且在甲醇浓度为70%、料液比为1:20、超声波提取2次、提取时间分别为2.0h和1.5h的条件下提取效果最好,测得总黄酮的含量为15.44mg/g。NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH体系分光光度法操作简捷,测定结果准确可靠。
利用熱迴流法和超聲波法提取細果角茴香中的總黃酮,結閤NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH體繫分光光度法測定細果角茴香中的總黃酮含量,併對細果角茴香中總黃酮的提取方法進行優化。結果錶明:利用超聲波法提取細果角茴香中的總黃酮效果較好;且在甲醇濃度為70%、料液比為1:20、超聲波提取2次、提取時間分彆為2.0h和1.5h的條件下提取效果最好,測得總黃酮的含量為15.44mg/g。NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH體繫分光光度法操作簡捷,測定結果準確可靠。
이용열회류법화초성파법제취세과각회향중적총황동,결합NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH체계분광광도법측정세과각회향중적총황동함량,병대세과각회향중총황동적제취방법진행우화。결과표명:이용초성파법제취세과각회향중적총황동효과교호;차재갑순농도위70%、료액비위1:20、초성파제취2차、제취시간분별위2.0h화1.5h적조건하제취효과최호,측득총황동적함량위15.44mg/g。NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH체계분광광도법조작간첩,측정결과준학가고。
Total flavonoids in H. leptocarpum was extracted by hot reflux method and ultrasonic extraction method, and its content was determined by NaNO2-Al (NO3 )3-NaOH spectrometry. The results showed that ultrasonic method was more suitable than hot reflux method, and the optimum extraction condition was 70% methanol solution, solid-liquid ratio 1:20 (W/V), ultrasonic treatment twice with the time of 2. 0 h and 1.5 h. Total flavonoids content in H. leptocarpum was about 15.44 mg/g. NaNO2-Al (NO3 ) 3-NaOH spectrometry method was easy to operate and the results were accurate.
