新课程亟需构建新型师生关系,在这一新型关系的构建中,师生都将迎接新的挑战,教师要适应组织者、合作者、引领者、促进者、研究者、决策者和反思者的角色,学生要适应既是课堂的主人,又是学习的参与者、合作者、探究者、反恩者的角色。面对这一转变,师生关系应该如何更好的发展呢?就这个问题,本文主要从构建“对话型”师生关系的角度谈论一下。
