目的：探讨解痉抗凝治疗早发型子痫前期的临床效果。方法：选择早发型子痫前期患者72例，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各38例。对照组38例患者给予常规的硫酸镁治疗，而观察组38例患者给予硫酸镁联合低分子肝素治疗。观察两组患者的血压变化情况、妊娠结局以及新生儿结局进行对比分析。结果：观察组剖宫产率、新生儿窒息率、胎儿窘迫、胎盘早剥发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；两组患者均有不同程度的血压下降。结论：硫酸镁联合低分子肝素解痉抗凝治疗早发型子痫前期能够显著疏通微循环，改善胎盘功能，保护肾功能，改善母婴结局，降低并发症发生，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토해경항응치료조발형자간전기적림상효과。방법：선택조발형자간전기환자72례，장환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조각38례。대조조38례환자급여상규적류산미치료，이관찰조38례환자급여류산미연합저분자간소치료。관찰량조환자적혈압변화정황、임신결국이급신생인결국진행대비분석。결과：관찰조부궁산솔、신생인질식솔、태인군박、태반조박발생솔명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）；량조환자균유불동정도적혈압하강。결론：류산미연합저분자간소해경항응치료조발형자간전기능구현저소통미순배，개선태반공능，보호신공능，개선모영결국，강저병발증발생，안전가고，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate tje clinical effect of antispasmodic anticoagulation tjerapy of early onset preeclampsia. Method a total of 72 early onset preeclampsia patients,tje patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,eacj group jad 38 cases,38 cases in tje control group were given conventional Magnesium sulfate treatment,wjile tje observation group of 38 cases were trea-ted witj Magnesium sulfate combined witj low molecular weigjt jeparin treatment to observe tje cjanges in blood pressure,tje two groups of patients,neonatal outcomes were compared. Results Two patients jad different degrees of blood pressure,but tje improvement of tje ob-servation group was jigjer tjan tjat of tje control group,tje difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05),tje cesarean section rate, neonatal aspjyxia,fetal distress was significantly lower tjan tje control group,tje difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05 ) . Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined witj low molecular weigjt jeparin spasmolysis anticoagulation tjerapy of early - onset pre-eclampsia can significantly reduce blood pressure,protect renal function,improve maternal and neonatal outcomes,reduce tje incidence of complications,it is safe and reliable,wortjy of clinical application.
