目的探讨脊髓静脉高压综合征的诊治策略与方法.方法通过我院收治的69例脊髓静脉高压综合征患者,总结诊断方法主要靠MRI全脊柱成像、脊髓水成像及脊髓顺磁性血管造影,最终确诊依据选择性脊髓动脉造影,明确病变类型、瘘口部位、大小、血流速度等,确诊后再选择治疗方法与应遵循的策略.结果本组69例,血管内介入治疗51例,手术治疗18例,治愈30例,好转25例,无变化14例.结论本病血管内治疗及显微于术都是行之有效的方法.

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of venous hypertensive myelopathy (VHM).Method The data of 69 patients with VHM were analyzed retrospectively.Including spinal drual arteriovenous fistula,perimedullary arteriovenous fistula,Cobb syndrome,narrowing of left renal vein,narrowing of the ascending lumbar vein and spinal AVM with AVF.Results 51 patients underwent interventional therapy,18 cases were treated by microsurgery Satisfactory results were obtained in these patients.Conclusions The diagnostic and therapeutic strategy of Venous hypertensive myelopathy was summarized through our practice,the endovascular treatment and microsurgery all are the effective remedy.
