由于Mg2+具有拮抗N-甲基-天门冬氨酸(N-methyl-D-aspartment,NMDA)受体,抑制运动神经末梢乙酰胆碱和肾上腺髓质及交感能神经末梢肾上腺素等介质的释放等作用,常用以辅助全身麻醉、术后镇痛等,可明显减少麻醉镇痛药的消耗.
由于Mg2+具有拮抗N-甲基-天門鼕氨痠(N-methyl-D-aspartment,NMDA)受體,抑製運動神經末梢乙酰膽堿和腎上腺髓質及交感能神經末梢腎上腺素等介質的釋放等作用,常用以輔助全身痳醉、術後鎮痛等,可明顯減少痳醉鎮痛藥的消耗.
유우Mg2+구유길항N-갑기-천문동안산(N-methyl-D-aspartment,NMDA)수체,억제운동신경말소을선담감화신상선수질급교감능신경말소신상선소등개질적석방등작용,상용이보조전신마취、술후진통등,가명현감소마취진통약적소모.
Magnesium has the potential of analgesia via antagonizing the N-methyl-D asparate(NMDA) receptors and inhibiting acetylcholine release from motor nerve terminal and catecholamine release from adrenal medulla and adrenergic nerve ending. Therefore magnesium sulfate may, as an adjuvant for general anesthesia and postoperative analgesia, strengthen the effects of anesthetics, analgesics and muscle relaxants, reducing the consumption of these agents.
