目的探讨非侵入性取材的尿沉渣培养和尿沉渣聚合酶链反应 (PCR)－杂交梳法检测淋球菌在诊断与治疗中的意义。方法①以金标准的拭子培养法与以上 2种方法相对照；②同一患者的标本用以上 3种方法进行检测。结果 3种淋球菌的检测方法均有较高检出率，其符合率、特异性和敏感性（男性分别为 94.80％、 94.81％和 95.35％；女性分别为 94.35％、 96.97％和 84.10％）差异无显著性（ P >0.05），而且同一患者的标本拭子培养与尿沉渣 PCR－杂交梳法之间（符合率、特异性和敏感性分别为 94.76％、 96.02％和 91.17％）亦无差异（ P >0.05）。结论非侵入性取材的尿沉渣及 PCR－杂交梳法或可取代拭子培养，可广泛用于性病防治工作、临床诊断与治疗； PCR－杂交梳法可能更具优点，但鉴于我国国情，目前更应推广尿沉渣培养法检测出淋球菌。
목적탐토비침입성취재적뇨침사배양화뇨침사취합매련반응 (PCR)－잡교소법검측림구균재진단여치료중적의의。방법①이금표준적식자배양법여이상 2충방법상대조；②동일환자적표본용이상 3충방법진행검측。결과 3충림구균적검측방법균유교고검출솔，기부합솔、특이성화민감성（남성분별위 94.80％、 94.81％화 95.35％；녀성분별위 94.35％、 96.97％화 84.10％）차이무현저성（ P >0.05），이차동일환자적표본식자배양여뇨침사 PCR－잡교소법지간（부합솔、특이성화민감성분별위 94.76％、 96.02％화 91.17％）역무차이（ P >0.05）。결론비침입성취재적뇨침사급 PCR－잡교소법혹가취대식자배양，가엄범용우성병방치공작、림상진단여치료； PCR－잡교소법가능경구우점，단감우아국국정，목전경응추엄뇨침사배양법검측출림구균。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic and therapeutic values of two non invasive test methods for Neisseria gonohoeae. Methods The swab culture, urinary sediment culture and “ gold standard method” － swab culture were used to detect gonocococal strains. The results were analyzed to compare the validity, sensitivity and specificity of these three methods. Results There is no significant difference in the validity, sensitivity and specificity among the three methods (Male： 94.80％、 94.81％ and 95.35％； Female： 94.35％、 96.97％ and 84.10％ , P >0.05, respectively). Conclusions Non invasive urinary sediment culture and PCR－ hybridocomb test may be suitable to replace the swab culture method in STD clinic, and the urinary sediment culture is highly recommended.
