以纳米TiO2为原料,氨水为掺杂N源,采用高能球磨法合成了含N纳米TiO2粉末.利用XRD、FT-IR、UV-Vis光谱、纳米粒度仪和光催化降解实验对其进行结构及光催化性能表征.研究结果表明,经过氮掺杂的纳米TiO2主要为锐钛矿晶型,晶粒尺寸位于8~10nm之间.对可见光具有良好的吸收性能,其吸收边红移至550nm左右,禁带宽度减小至2.25eV.当太阳光照射30min时,亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率接近100%,体现出良好的可见光响应特性.

N-doped nano-TiO2 powder were prepared by the ball-milling method and calcined using Nano-TiO2 as raw material and ammonia as N source.Its structure and properties were studied by XRD,FT-IR,UV-Vis spectrum and test of photocatalysis degradation.The results indicated that N-doped nano-TiO2 photocatalyst was anatase crystalline phase mainly,and average size of the particle about 8 ~ 10 nm.The powder have good visible light-active,and the red-shift of absorption edge occurred around 550 nm,the band gap reduce to 2.25 eV.The degradation rate of methylene blue solution reached 100% after 30 minutes irradiation of sunlight,it was proved that the powder have good visible light-active.
