在全面打造“健康重庆”的时代背景下，在此通过广泛的调查研究，查阅了最近几年国内外的相关资料，访问了重庆市的游泳专家，结合自己在实际教学、救生实践方面的体验，总结出一套较为完善的游泳教学的安全保障体系，为重庆市高校游泳课安全教学提供参考。

Under the background of building health Chongqing, by extensive survey and research and reading related materials in recent years at home and abroad, this paper interviews swimming experts in Chongqing,generalizes a set of relatively complete safety system for swimming course by combining self-experience in real teaching and lifesaving and provides reference for safety system of swimming course of higher learning institutions inChongqing.
