太湖蓝藻信息采集系统项目的建设,是结合卫星遥感、3G图像传输、浮台水质监测及GIS等技术监测太湖蓝藻。同时项目中采用的3G视频传榆技术,为今后水利水文信息化项目中条件受限制的站点上传图像信息也起示范作用。
太湖藍藻信息採集繫統項目的建設,是結閤衛星遙感、3G圖像傳輸、浮檯水質鑑測及GIS等技術鑑測太湖藍藻。同時項目中採用的3G視頻傳榆技術,為今後水利水文信息化項目中條件受限製的站點上傳圖像信息也起示範作用。
태호람조신식채집계통항목적건설,시결합위성요감、3G도상전수、부태수질감측급GIS등기술감측태호람조。동시항목중채용적3G시빈전유기술,위금후수이수문신식화항목중조건수한제적참점상전도상신식야기시범작용。
Remote sensing and satellite technology, 3G image transmission technology, floating gauging station for water quality and GIS technology are applied for the construction of cyanobacteria information acquisition system for Taihu lake. 3G video transmission technology applied for system construction has played a demonstration effect on image and data uploading of gauging stations with limited conditions in water information system in the future.
