近年来,众多高校已经意识到研究性教学是培养创新型人才的一个重要环节,并注重与鼓励研究性教学的探索与尝试。本文提出一种基于专题报告的研究性教学尝试,以北京科技大学软件工程类课程教学为例,总结我们两年来实施研究性教学的做法与取得的经验,提出增强研究性教学效果的几点建议。本文探讨的研究性教学实践与举措对于我国创新型人才培养有一定借鉴意义。

Recently, many universities have realized that exploratory teaching may be crucial to cultivate innovative talents, and put many efforts to encourage attempts and exploration of exploratory teaching. In this paper, we present a kind of seminar-based exploratory teaching, which is illustrated and summarized through teaching software engineering courses in University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB). We further propose some suggestions for exercising the exploratory teaching aiming at achieving a better performance. The exploratory teaching and the relevant suggestions presented in this paper is very helpful to cultivation of innovative talents in China.
