在200 mL固定床催化加氢装置上考察了Co-Ni-Mo-W四元复合催化剂在轻石脑油催化加氢的脱硫效果,考察了反应温度,氢气分压、空速、氢油体积比等工艺条件对加氢脱硫反应的影响。实验结果表明:Co-Ni-Mo-W四元复合催化剂具有良好的脱硫脱烯效果,脱硫效率平均为99%,烯烃脱除率可达98.6%。在中低压低温时有效脱除轻石脑油中S、O、烯烃的同时避免了芳构化,避免了芳烃的损失。

The hydrodesulfurization effects of naphtha is investigated about Co-Ni-Mo-W complex catalytest in the 200 mL fixed bed reaction apparatus,at the same time,the reaction condition such as reaction temperature,hydrogen partial pressure,hourly space velocity,volumetric hydrogen to oil are eximined.The result shows that the Co-Ni-Mo-W complex catalyst have excellent hydrodesulfurization and de-alkene performance.About 99% sulpher and 98.5% alkene are removed.Aromatization is to avoid when hydrogen treatments is performed at middle-low pressure and low temperature.
