用循环伏安法(CV)、微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)和可见吸收光谱法研究[Cu(phen)(L—ser)(H2O)]Cl与鲱鱼精DNA的相互作用。CV、DPV法研究显示,加入DNA后,配合物的氧化还原峰电流降低,氧化峰电位正移,表明配合物与DNA发生插入作用。同时,利用溴化乙锭(EB)作指示剂,进行可见吸收光谱法研究,同样表明配合物与DNA发生插入作用。
用循環伏安法(CV)、微分脈遲伏安法(DPV)和可見吸收光譜法研究[Cu(phen)(L—ser)(H2O)]Cl與鯡魚精DNA的相互作用。CV、DPV法研究顯示,加入DNA後,配閤物的氧化還原峰電流降低,氧化峰電位正移,錶明配閤物與DNA髮生插入作用。同時,利用溴化乙錠(EB)作指示劑,進行可見吸收光譜法研究,同樣錶明配閤物與DNA髮生插入作用。
용순배복안법(CV)、미분맥충복안법(DPV)화가견흡수광보법연구[Cu(phen)(L—ser)(H2O)]Cl여비어정DNA적상호작용。CV、DPV법연구현시,가입DNA후,배합물적양화환원봉전류강저,양화봉전위정이,표명배합물여DNA발생삽입작용。동시,이용추화을정(EB)작지시제,진행가견흡수광보법연구,동양표명배합물여DNA발생삽입작용。
The interaction between [ Cu(phen) ( L - ser) ( H2O) ] Cl and fish sperm DNA was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, pulse voltammetry and visible absorption spectroscopy. In the CV and PDV, it was found that the values of the reduction peak current, the positive shift of peak potential and apparent diffusion coefficient decreased significantly in the presence of DNA compared with that in the absence of DNA. At the same time, UV - visible absorption studies carried out by EB. All experimental results indicated that tbe interaction of [ Cu(phen) ( L - set) ( H20) ] CI with fish sperm DNA was part intercalation.
