制备了含锰、铬、钼、钒的取代磷钨杂多酸,采用红外、X-射线衍射、ICP对制备的化合物进行了分析及表征,结果表明,制备所得化合物是Keggin结构的杂多酸。研究了这些杂多酸催化合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛,在催化剂的用量为反应物总质量的2.0%,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为1h的条件下,苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的收率可达72.5%。
製備瞭含錳、鉻、鉬、釩的取代燐鎢雜多痠,採用紅外、X-射線衍射、ICP對製備的化閤物進行瞭分析及錶徵,結果錶明,製備所得化閤物是Keggin結構的雜多痠。研究瞭這些雜多痠催化閤成苯甲醛乙二醇縮醛,在催化劑的用量為反應物總質量的2.0%,反應溫度為120℃,反應時間為1h的條件下,苯甲醛乙二醇縮醛的收率可達72.5%。

The heteropoly acids contained manganese, chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium were prepared, which was characterized by IR, XRD and ICP, and revealed that the compounds synthesized in the present work were Keggin structure. The catalytic performance of the heteropoly acids for the synthesis of benzaldehyde glycol acetal were in- vestigated, under the reaction condition of reaction temperature 120℃, amount of catalyst 2.0% , reaction time 1 h, and the yield of benzaldehyde glycol acetal can obtain to 72.5%.
