高素质的人才是未来我国建设的重要力量，高等教育担负着时代所赋予的培养高素质人才之艰巨任务。如何树立STS（Science—Technology—Society）教育理念、培养化工专业拔尖人才，是值得深入探讨的重要课题。本文从几个世纪以来大学理念的逐渐变化，强调了人才教育中STS教育理念的渗透和拔尖创新人才培养的重要性。

Graduate education played a key role in the cultivation of high - quality talents, who would be the essential force to the development of China in the future. How to establish the STS educational philosophy, and how to build up the students＇ innovative sense and improve their comprehensive abilities, was an important topic need to be explored in depth. The development and improvement of educational philosophy over the last two centuries, the STS philosophy and its great significance to the cultivation of innovative talents in graduate education were focused on.
