以连二亚硫酸钠为引发剂,在苯环上通过自由基亲电取代反应引入七氟异丙基,合成2-乙基-4-七氟异丙基苯胺,研究各种条件对反应的速度和收率的影响。最佳结果为:2-乙基苯胺与七氟异丙基碘的物质的量比为1∶1.2,连二亚硫酸钠和碳酸氢钠的物质的量分别为2-乙基苯胺的1.2倍,相转移催化剂四丁基硫酸氢铵与2-乙基苯胺的物质的量比为0.1,反应温度为10~20℃。
以連二亞硫痠鈉為引髮劑,在苯環上通過自由基親電取代反應引入七氟異丙基,閤成2-乙基-4-七氟異丙基苯胺,研究各種條件對反應的速度和收率的影響。最佳結果為:2-乙基苯胺與七氟異丙基碘的物質的量比為1∶1.2,連二亞硫痠鈉和碳痠氫鈉的物質的量分彆為2-乙基苯胺的1.2倍,相轉移催化劑四丁基硫痠氫銨與2-乙基苯胺的物質的量比為0.1,反應溫度為10~20℃。

2-ethyl-4-heptafluoroisopropylaniline was synthesized by using sodium hyposulfite as initiator and importing heptafluoroisopropyl by free radical electrophilic substitution in the benzene ring.The factors affected the reaction were investigated and optimized,and different reaction conditions were studied.It was revealed that the best yields were obtained when the molar ratio of arylamine,sodium hyposulfite,sodium bicarbonate and heptafluoroisopropyl iodide was 1.2,phase transfer catalyst and arylamine was 0.1,and reaction temperature was 10~20 ℃.
