介绍了COSMOSWorks的优化分析流程,并以食品压榨机框架为例进行了有限元分析。实例以框架结构体的质量为优化目标,并以结构应力、位移和第一阶固有频率为约束条件。优化后框架结构体质量减少了19.3%,大大降低了材料成本,且计算结果表明优化后的结构完全满足给定的约束条件。

The paper outlines optimization process of COSMOSWorks, analyzing the finite element with food squeezer framework as an example. The example takes the quality of framework structure as optimization target, and structural stress, displacement and first natural frequency as constrains. The weight of optimized framework structure is reduced to 19.3%, which substantially cuts the cost of raw materials, and the results show the validity under the given restrictions.
