介绍了国内外精密微小孔加工技术的现状。通过大量试验,进行了铝合金、碳素结构钢、铜合金3种材料的纵向比较,同时对不同种类铜合金进行横向比较,得出了仅有HPb59—1铅黄铜适合麻花钻机械钻孔。针对麻花钻机械定位误差大,加工中心钻孔钻头折断无法及时更换等问题,本文首次提出选用HPb59—1铅黄铜,应用加工中心对孔板进行点孔定位,然后应用麻花钻机械钻孔,既保证了产品质量,又降低了制造费用。

The current technologies for making precise micro holes at home and abroad are briefed. Through a lot of tests, three materials i. e. aluminum alloy, carbon steel and copper alloy as well as different kinds of copper alloy were compared, coming to a conclusion that only HPb59-1 lead brass is suitable for mechanical drilling of holes using twist drills. The research group took the lead in using this material and drilling method for this propose, resulting in both good quality and lower cost of the products.
