以钛石膏、半干法脱硫灰、绿矾、水淬高炉渣等工业废渣为主要原料,通过原料预处理和配比优化,配制出轻质墙体砌块,性能检测表明:该砌块绝干抗折强度达到2.9MPa,绝干耐压强度达到9.7MPa,软化系数为0.60,达到了建材行业标准JC/T698-1998即石膏砌块标准规定要求。
以鈦石膏、半榦法脫硫灰、綠礬、水淬高爐渣等工業廢渣為主要原料,通過原料預處理和配比優化,配製齣輕質牆體砌塊,性能檢測錶明:該砌塊絕榦抗摺彊度達到2.9MPa,絕榦耐壓彊度達到9.7MPa,軟化繫數為0.60,達到瞭建材行業標準JC/T698-1998即石膏砌塊標準規定要求。

Using titanium gypsum,FGD residues,copperas,water quenched blast furnace slag and other industrial wastes as raw materials,a kind of light wall block is prepared through the pretreatment and the ratio of raw materials optimization.Performance test shows that the block absolute dry transverse strength is 2.9 MPa,absolute dry compressive strength is 9.7 MPa,softening coefficient is 0.60,which reaches the specified requirements of the building materials industry standard JC/T 698-1998 for the gypsum block.
