分光光度法是铟的检测中最为常用的方法，选用铟的5-Br-PADAP分光光度法，通过实验绘制了铟的标准曲线，并将得到的标准曲线应用到胺基螯合纤维富集铟的解吸曲线中，得到了满意的结果.

Spectrophotometric method is the most commonly used in the detection of indium. This paper selects 5-Br-PADAP spectrophotometry of indium. Through the experiment,the standard curve of indium is made. The standard curve obtained is applied to get desorption curves of indium by amino chelating fiber enrichment. Thus, the result is satisfied.
