Based on the low-carbon mode, the technology principles and methods of the low energy consumption, the low emission and the low pollution in the traditional pretreatment processes of the electro-coating were discussed. The technology and the application of the developing conversion coating were introduced, the problems urgent to be solved in practical application of new conversion coating were presented. The technology of the painting pretreatment was prospected.
