基于细胞神经网络,采用改进型帧间差法检测飞行物体,针对飞行目标提取其相应的特征,建立特征参数库,为飞行物的实时跟踪与自动识别提供依据。

Based on Cellular Neural Networks (CNN), flying objects were detected via improved difference between frames; the data base of feature parameters of each kind was extracted and set up, therefore, detection and recognition of flying objects can be made at real time.
