采用高效液相色谱法对玉米赤霉烯酮阳性样品进行定值,将阳性样品制备为不同毒素含量的验证样品,对胶体金免疫层析法的准确性、重复性、稳定性、最低检出限、误差范围进行了验证试验,并且完成了对实际样品的检测,同时采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)进行对比,试验结果为:最低检出限为60μg/kg,其检测结果与酶联免疫法基本一致,方法具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度高、特异性强、稳定性好、分析结果易于判定的特点,适用于样品的现场快速检测。
採用高效液相色譜法對玉米赤黴烯酮暘性樣品進行定值,將暘性樣品製備為不同毒素含量的驗證樣品,對膠體金免疫層析法的準確性、重複性、穩定性、最低檢齣限、誤差範圍進行瞭驗證試驗,併且完成瞭對實際樣品的檢測,同時採用酶聯免疫法(ELISA)進行對比,試驗結果為:最低檢齣限為60μg/kg,其檢測結果與酶聯免疫法基本一緻,方法具有操作簡便、快速、靈敏度高、特異性彊、穩定性好、分析結果易于判定的特點,適用于樣品的現場快速檢測。

The corn sample with zearalenone positive was set by HPLC.The sample was prepared as several different samples with different poison content.The accuracy,repetitiveness,stability,minimum detection limit and error range of the colloidal gold immunochromatography was evaluated by test,contrasted with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The result was that the minimun detection limit was 60μg/kg in colloidal gold immunochromatography,which was similar to enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The colloidal gold immunochromatography had the advantages of easy and quick to operate,with high sensitivity,specificity and stability,and easy to determine.It is suitable for quick test on spot.
