通过文献资料法、访问法和实验法等研究方法,对沈阳职业技术学院60名游泳初学者产生恐惧心理的现象进行研究,得出以下主要结论：一是绝大多数的游泳初学者都会产生不同程度恐惧心理,恐惧心理表现出话多、怕水、学习时情绪低落等特征;二是游泳初学者产生恐惧心理的原因是认为游泳不安全、害怕呛水;三是采用INI教学方法的实验组测评通过率远远超过采用传统教学方法的对照组;四是通过INI教学方法,可以帮助初学者消除恐惧心理,使初学者很好地掌握蛙泳的完整动作。

Through some study methods,such as document data method,visiting method and experimental method,this paper studies the phenomenon of 60 swimming beginners＇ fear psychology in Shenyang Polytechnic College.It concludes that firstly most swimming beginners would have fear psychology of different levels and the characters of fear psychology is more sayings,fearing water and lower studying emotion.Secondly,the reason for causing their fear psychology is that they think swimming is not safe,and afraid of choking.Thirdly,the passing rate of experimental group adopting INI teaching method is much higher than that of contrast group adopting traditional teaching method.Lastly,through INI teaching method,it can help beginners to eliminate fear psychology so that beginners can master the full action of breast stroke well.
