利用化学共沉淀法制备了磁性Fe3O4纳米微粒,用硅烷偶联剂MPS对所制备的磁性微粒进行表面有机改性,并用FTIR、XRD、TEM、XPS等表征方法对样品进行了表征,结果表明:MPS已经很好地键连到了磁性Fe3O4纳米微粒的表面。改性的磁性Fe3O4纳米微粒具有亲水和亲油两种性质,采用改性后的磁性微粒可以显著改善磁性微球的性能指标。
利用化學共沉澱法製備瞭磁性Fe3O4納米微粒,用硅烷偶聯劑MPS對所製備的磁性微粒進行錶麵有機改性,併用FTIR、XRD、TEM、XPS等錶徵方法對樣品進行瞭錶徵,結果錶明:MPS已經很好地鍵連到瞭磁性Fe3O4納米微粒的錶麵。改性的磁性Fe3O4納米微粒具有親水和親油兩種性質,採用改性後的磁性微粒可以顯著改善磁性微毬的性能指標。

Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were synthesized by the chemical co-precipitation of ferrous and ferric chloride and modified by MPS.The morphology and structure of the particles were characterized by XRD,FTIR,TEM,XPS.It was shown that the coupling bonds were chemically on the particle surface,and Fe3O4 particles and modified particles have good crystal form.The formula of Fe3O4 nanoparticles with good performances was finally obtained by researched their properties of magnetic response,stability and viscosity under room temperature without magnetic field.
