各地观光农业园的生态环境建设和可持续发展普遍存在着问题。具体表现在：园区生态环境遭到破环,现状堪忧;缺乏全面的景观设计技术规范和景观生态学理论指导,园区基础设施建设差,景观建设杂乱无章;缺少相应生态保护措施和可持续发展规划。鉴于此,本文作者结合几年来江西省的观光休闲农业园区景观规划设计项目实践,列举九江市武宁县新光生态农业观光园整体性景观规划项目为例,对园区生态环境和可持续发展理论作了进一步的深入研究,逐步形成从实践——理论研究——实践的发展过程,以期能使农业观光园的规划建设更加健康、可持续、稳定的发展。

Some problems existed widespread in eco-environment construction and sustainable development of around sightseeing agricultural garden.Specific features were as follows： broken eco-environment of garden;lack of a comprehensive landscape design and technical specifications and the guide of landscape ecology theory;infrastructure was poor,chaotic landscape construction;lack of appropriate measures for ecological protection and sustainable development planning.In view of this,the authors combined years practices of landscape planning and design projects of tourism and leisure agricultural gardens in Jiangxi Province,taking overall eco-agriculture sightseeing garden landscape planning projects of Wuning County,Jiujiang City as an example,the eco-environment and sustainable development theory in this garden were further researched,and gradually form a development process from the practice-theory-practice,in order to make the planning and construction of agricultural sightseeing garden more healthy,sustainable and stable development.
