借鉴希腊现代化原生橄榄油制取工艺,对油茶籽微波辐照+水代法提取油脂新工艺进行深入研究,经中间试验证明该工艺在较低温度条件下可以直接得到质量很好的原生茶油,出油率能够达到接近90%。原生茶油其主要营养素与传统压榨和浸出生产工艺相比,生育酚含量分别高出3.6和4.9倍,角鲨烯含量高出近40%,能够最大限度保存茶油的营养成分和独特的原生茶油风味。

Learned from the modern preparation process of original olive oil in Greek,new process of microwave irradiation on Camellia oleifera seeds and water extraction process was made an in-depth study.The middle experiment proved that the process in low temperature conditions can directly obtain good quality original Camellia oil.The oil rate can reach at 90%.The main nutrients of original Camellia oil compared to that of traditional production process of crushing and leaching,the tocopherol content were 3.6 and 4.9 times higher than them,squalene content was 40% than them,respectively.It can save the maximum nutrients and unique flavor of original tea.
