目的：为了提升门诊医生的诊疗质量，有效避免标本溶血，提升血标本检验的准确率：方法：对溶血标本进行回顾性分析：包括采血各环节、疾病种类及病人状态，除外实验室环节；结果：采送血过程的各环节与标本质量因果相关，其中采血方法、病儿年龄和疾病本身对标本溶曲有着非常重要的意义：结论：严格血标本采集的环节质控，可有效避免标本溶血。

목적：위료제승문진의생적진료질량，유효피면표본용혈，제승혈표본검험적준학솔：방법：대용혈표본진행회고성분석：포괄채혈각배절、질병충류급병인상태，제외실험실배절；결과：채송혈과정적각배절여표본질량인과상관，기중채혈방법、병인년령화질병본신대표본용곡유착비상중요적의의：결론：엄격혈표본채집적배절질공，가유효피면표본용혈。
Objectives： To improve the quality of mescal and nursing care, effectively avoid sample hemolysis and achieve higher accuracy of testing on blood samples. Methods： to find causes in each process of bloodletting before and after getting blood samples by adopting quality control measures. Results： Each process of bloodletting should be attached great importance. For guarantee the sample quality, the way of bloodletting, patients＇ age and disease type are most important. Meanwhile the cooperation of patients＇ parents and the reagent quality have great impact on avoiding sample hemolysis. Conclusion： The strict quality control on each process of sample collecting is the fundamental measurements for avoiding hemolysis of blood samples.
