研究了0.5%多杀菌素对蓟马的室内毒力测定和田间药效试验。结果表明,其室内测定LC50为5.37μg·mL^-1,田间7d防治效果为91.11%。说明其有较好的防治效果,持效期在7d以上,对蓟马的推荐使用剂量为26.25—37.5g·ha^-1。

Indoor toxicity and field efficacy were tested to determine theefficacies of 0. 5% spinosad emulsion in water in controlling the pest of Thrips palmi Karny. The results indicated that LC50 was 5.37 μg· mL-1 indoor toxicity and the corrected field efficacy for 7 d was 91.11%. It was stated that the validity period of field efficacy was better, and the recommend dose was 26.25 g/ha - 37.5 g/ha.
