本文通过对“数字国土”的探索，论述了国有建设用地使用权交易系统的总体框架和功能设计，介绍了系统数据库建设模式，针对数据安全问题详细说明了数据备份及恢复，并对体统的核心功能模块进行了论述，最后对系统的应用效果进行了总结。
本文通過對“數字國土”的探索，論述瞭國有建設用地使用權交易繫統的總體框架和功能設計，介紹瞭繫統數據庫建設模式，針對數據安全問題詳細說明瞭數據備份及恢複，併對體統的覈心功能模塊進行瞭論述，最後對繫統的應用效果進行瞭總結。

justified by the exploration of ＂digital national territory＂ subject, the function of the System of Transaction to the land uses in constructing owned by the State and the design of its overall management system were discussed at this article. It also was describing in detail the data backup and recovery with the basic module of decency feature for meeting the challenge of data security. Finally, the results of practice of the system were summarized in conclusion.
