研究并制备一种添加牛粪代替部分煤粉的新型水煤浆,并对多种水煤浆添加剂进行筛选,发现添加剂种类及用量,对水煤浆的性能有显著影响。通过实验,最终选出最佳的添加剂使用方案,即将0.3%的木质素磺酸盐OT-4水煤浆添加剂和0.2%的萘磺酸盐水煤浆添加剂复配使用,水煤浆的粘度将降到最低(678mPa·s-1)。

In this paper, Coal - water slurry was prepared by renewable biomass waste - cow dung. Using fresh cow dung to preparing CWS, reduce the usage of coal comparing with normal method. During the preparation, we found that the kind and usage of additive agent could obviously affect the performance of coal - water slurry. Through large experiments, the best composite additives had been gotten, which was 0.3% lignosulfonate (OT -4) and 0.2% naphthalenesulfonate - formaldehyde polymer. Under this condition, the viscosity of CWS had been reduced to 678mPa · s-1.
