分析了利用溶胶-凝胶法制备ZAO粉体时,干燥温度,煅烧温度,乙醇与水的比例,主盐浓度,氧化铝与氧化锌的比例对其晶体结的构和形态的影响。利用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等对得到的ZAO粉体进行了分析和表征。结果表明,煅烧温度对ZAO的晶体的结构和形态有重要影响,煅烧温度高于850℃时能成功地对ZnO进行铝的掺杂,而乙醇与水的比例对试样的晶形也有一定的影响,醋酸锌、柠檬酸三铵浓度及铝掺杂量对ZAO的影响最弱。
分析瞭利用溶膠-凝膠法製備ZAO粉體時,榦燥溫度,煅燒溫度,乙醇與水的比例,主鹽濃度,氧化鋁與氧化鋅的比例對其晶體結的構和形態的影響。利用X-射線衍射儀、掃描電鏡等對得到的ZAO粉體進行瞭分析和錶徵。結果錶明,煅燒溫度對ZAO的晶體的結構和形態有重要影響,煅燒溫度高于850℃時能成功地對ZnO進行鋁的摻雜,而乙醇與水的比例對試樣的晶形也有一定的影響,醋痠鋅、檸檬痠三銨濃度及鋁摻雜量對ZAO的影響最弱。

Super fine ZAO powders were prepared by sol-gel method in different conditions.Effect of drying temperature,sinter temperature,the proportion of ethanol to water,the concentration of(CH3COO)2Zn?2H2O,the proportion of AlO to ZnO on the crystal form of ZAO powders was discussed.The powders were analyzed by XRD,TEM etc.The result show that,firing temperature have significant effect on the crystal form of ZAO,and at 850℃,ZnO successfully adulterated by Al.The proportion of ethanol in water can effect the crystal also,but the concentration of(CH3COO)2Zn?2H2O,(NH4)3C6H5O7 and Al have little effect on ZAO crystal form.
