以氢氧化钠溶液为催化剂,由3.氟苯乙酮和3.氟苯甲醛经Claisen—Schmidt缩合首次合成了3,3'-二氟查尔酮.通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、紫外可见光谱对其结构进行了表征.结果表明:采用此方法合成反应时问短,操作简单,且产物的收率高,可达92.4%.

3,3'-difluorochalcone was synthesized for the first time through Claisen-Schmidt condensation between 3- fluorobenzaldehyde and 3-fluoroacetophenone using sodium hydroxide solution as the catalyst. The product's structure was characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, and UV-Vis spectrca. The result showed that this method provided high yield (92.4 % ) as well as short reaction time and easy operation.
