目的：对91味中药及复方进行体内抗内毒素试验研究。方法：将筛选到的以牡丹皮、贯众等为主的3个中药复方分别对小白鼠灌胃给药,后进行内毒素攻毒试验,研究不同组方对内毒素攻毒后小白鼠的保护作用。结果：方2、方5、方6对内毒素攻击所致小鼠死亡有非常显著的保护作用,尤其是方2。结论：以牡丹皮、贯众等为主,具清热解毒、活血散瘀、凉血止血功能的复方中药具有极显著的体内抗内毒素作用,可望为猪高热综合征的预防和治疗提供新的途经。
목적：대91미중약급복방진행체내항내독소시험연구。방법：장사선도적이모단피、관음등위주적3개중약복방분별대소백서관위급약,후진행내독소공독시험,연구불동조방대내독소공독후소백서적보호작용。결과：방2、방5、방6대내독소공격소치소서사망유비상현저적보호작용,우기시방2。결론：이모단피、관음등위주,구청열해독、활혈산어、량혈지혈공능적복방중약구유겁현저적체내항내독소작용,가망위저고열종합정적예방화치료제공신적도경。
Objective：To study the anti-endotoxin activity of 91 species of traditional Chinese medicine and recipes composed of Cortex Moutan Radicis and Cyrtomium fortunei.Methods：Three groups of D-galactosamine sensitized mice were challenged with endotoxin after lavaging with three compound recipes respectively.Results：Prescription No.2,No.5 and No.6 could significantly protect D-galactosamine sensitized mice against endotoxin,especially prescription No.2.Conclusion：Compound recipes mainly composed of Cortex Moutan Radicis and Cyrtomium fortunei have potent anti-endotoxin activity for their character of clearing away heat and toxic material,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and cooling blood and hemostasis.Those could provide a new effective method for preventing and curing swine high fever syndrome.
