It is an muhidisciplinary crossover and integration of supply chain management with forestry economy, environmental science and theory of optimization, the article clears the connotation of forestry green supply chain, uses the Coase Theorem define the boundary of strategic environment of forestry green supply chain, analysis the composition of forestry green supply chain strategy in macro environment, industry environment and the environment of competitors. The form of forestry green supply chain is a long-term process, Its project operation is slowly in the early period, the overall profitability is weak, so it needs supports of government of different levels, the government should decide the extent of intervene based on specific situations.
