课堂教学是知识传播的主要方式,有效的课堂教学模式是培养大学生研究与创新能力的重要措施,并有助于强化学生的专业思维模式,树立学习研究的观念。本文以土地资源管理专业为例,分析了其课程设置特点,并结合该专业的各类课程,归纳总结出存在“课本主导”、“理论主导”和“教师主导”3个方面的问题。并分别从课程内容、课程难度、授课方式和课堂气氛4个方面探讨了“启发式”与“互动式”教学模式在培养大学生研究能力中的作用。

Classroom teaching is the major way for knowledge transfer, and an effective classroom teaching mode is an important measure to foster the capacity of undergraduate students' study and innovation, helpful for enhancing students' professional thinking modes and study concept. Taking the major of land resource management as a case, this paper analyzes its characteristics of course offering. And combined with various courses, this paper summarizes the three-aspect problems of"text-dominant", "theory-dominant" and "teacher-dominant" teaching ways. Based on that, it discusses the applications of "heuristics" and "interactive" teaching modes in this major for fostering undergraduate students' study capacity from four angles of course content, course difficulty, teaching way and class atmosphere.
