本文论述热固性复合材料固化制度的设计原则和基本方法,归纳长期积集累的经验、数据及国内外研究成果,列出相关的原材料热特性参数;重点讨论了厚壁复合材料结构固化过程中的温度滞后和过热的本质、危害及预防措施;同时介绍了三种固化制度模拟验证实验方法。

In this paper, the design principal and basic methods of thermosetting composites were described. The long - term accumulated experiences, data and the abroad and domestic research results were summarized. The performance parameter of relevant raw materials were listed; The essence,harm and preventive measures of temperature lag and overshoot of thick composite laminates during curing were emphatically discussed. Meanwhile, the simulated test method of three cure schedules was also introduced.
