选用氧化钙为脱硅剂,考察硫酸钠对铝酸钠溶液脱硅过程中硅量指数、溶液表面张力以及黏度的影响.结果表明:当硫酸钠质量浓度在20 g/L时,硅量指数达到最大为4 063,而表面张力和黏度降低到最小.通过对脱硅后的硅渣进行XRD测定,探讨硫酸钠对铝酸钠溶液深度脱硅影响的机理.
選用氧化鈣為脫硅劑,攷察硫痠鈉對鋁痠鈉溶液脫硅過程中硅量指數、溶液錶麵張力以及黏度的影響.結果錶明:噹硫痠鈉質量濃度在20 g/L時,硅量指數達到最大為4 063,而錶麵張力和黏度降低到最小.通過對脫硅後的硅渣進行XRD測定,探討硫痠鈉對鋁痠鈉溶液深度脫硅影響的機理.

The deep desilication of sodium aluminosilicate solution was researched with the additives of CaO.The experiment was conducted on the influence of sodium sulfate to the silica modulus,surface tension and viscosity of sodium aluminosilicate solution.The results were shown that when the concentration of sodium sulfate was 20 g/L the maximum silica modulus were able to reach at 4 063,but surface tension and viscosity of solution was reduced to the minimum.The residue of desilication analyzed by the XRD,and the mechanism with the influence of sodium sulfate in desiliconization was discussed.
