采用固相反应法,制备了一系列(1-x)CaCu3Ti4O12-xAl2O3(x=0,0.15,0.30,0.40)复相陶瓷.结果表明:Al2O3掺杂使CaCu3Ti4O12基陶瓷在降低低频范围内的介电损耗之外,同时使压敏电压大幅度的提高.当Al2O3的含量为0.30时的样品具有良好的综合电学性能:rε=2 000,tanδ=0.04(1 kHz),压敏电压Eb=1 084 V/mm且非线性系数α=4.6.

The CaCu3Ti4O12 ceramics doped with various Al2O3(0,0.15,0.30 and 0.40) contents were fabricated by a solid-state reaction method.The results showed that, Al2O3 additive has not only reduced the dielectric loss of low frequency range but also significantly raised the breakdown voltage.When Al2O3 doping concentration x was 0.30,the specimen has achieved the best comprehensive electrical properties,including a dielectric constant(εr) of 2 000,dielectric loss(tan δ) of 0.04,breakdown voltage (Eb) of 1 084 V/mm,and a nonlinear coefficient of 4.6.
