通过对全国多家实验室的大量监测数据的研究对比,分析了LAS测定的质量控制指标,并与GB/T7494-1987和ISO7875-1-1996进行了比较,旨在为环境监测工作提供质量控制依据。研究表明:标准样品(0.30~1.35mg/L)RSD的控制范围≤5.0%,实际样品RD控制范围≤12.0%(0.05~0.30mg/L);≤5.0%(0.30~7.4mg/L)。实验室间标准偏差为0.003~0.014mg/L,RSD′可根据浓度水平和数据质量目标在5.0%~12.0%之间进行选择;相对误差≤±6.0%;加标回收率范围为90%~110%。

On the basis of a large number of monitoring data from many laboratories nationwidely, we analyzed the quality control index of the LAS, and compared with the QC index in GB/T7494-1987 and ISO 7875-1-1996. Studies indicate that the within-laboratory relative standard deviation(0.30~1.35 mg/L)control limit of standard samples was less than 5.0%, that of actual samples was less than 12.0%(0.05~0.30 mg/L)、that of actual samples was less than 5.0%(0.30~7.4 mg/L). The betweenlaboratory standard deviation control limit ranges beween O. O03and 0. 014 mg/L, RSD'can be ranged beween 5.0% and 12.0% according to the concentration and the data qulity objectives. The relative error of the standard samples was less than±7. 0%. The correspounding recovery rates was less than 90% ~110%.
