探讨了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯共聚酯(PETG)聚合工艺,考察了缩聚催化剂种类及用量、反应物配比、缩聚工艺条件对PETG反应过程和产品质量的影响,得到了较优的聚合工艺条件,并在10kt/a规模装置上进行工业化放大试验,试生产过程稳定,获得质量合格的PETG共聚酯产品。
探討瞭聚對苯二甲痠乙二醇酯-1,4-環己烷二甲醇酯共聚酯(PETG)聚閤工藝,攷察瞭縮聚催化劑種類及用量、反應物配比、縮聚工藝條件對PETG反應過程和產品質量的影響,得到瞭較優的聚閤工藝條件,併在10kt/a規模裝置上進行工業化放大試驗,試生產過程穩定,穫得質量閤格的PETG共聚酯產品。

The polymerizing process of co-polyester with polyethylene glycol terephthalate and 1,4- cyclohexanedimethanol (PETG) was discussed. The effects of type and amount of polycondensation catalyst,reagents mixture ratio and polycondensation process conditions on the reaction process and products quality were studied, and superior polymerizing conditions were concluded. Industrialization experiment was made in a 10kt/a plant. The process of trial production was stable, and accredited PETG co-polyester products were produced.
